Monday, December 25, 2023 - Excellent wine! Decanted it for 4 hours and paired it with an applewood smoked New York Steak, roasted peppers, and veggies. This wine was very well balanced. Deep flavors of blackberries, blueberries, dark chocolate (about 72% Cacao), coffee, black currants, and a little caramel among other flavors within the multiple layers. The finish is long, smooth, and continues to evolve on the palate.
