Thursday, October 18, 2012 - This wine does better with time to breathe ... Started out with a bit of a pepper "bite" but softened up nicely and was much more pleasant to drink after about an hour. Velvety on the tongue with a nice hint of vanilla and smooth finish. Glad I have 4 more bottles to enjoy.
