Sunday, January 26, 2014 - The nose is not terribly expressive but there are some faint veers in there and some blackberry as well. The palate is surprisingly light in taste with mild fruit flavors reminiscent of ripe cherries minus the sweetness. The mouthfeel is almost full which makes it feel odd given the lightness of the fruit. Some black pepper notions. Interesting to drink.
