Sunday, March 29, 2009 - Popped and poured. Dark garnet color. Nose of earthy blackberry and black cherry. Flavors of sweet raspberries, tobacco and pepper. Light tannins on the finish that have become more apparent as the wine gets more air. A very nice Merlot from Howell Mtn.
