Friday, December 16, 2011 - - Crimsom color and aromas of strawberry. It's balanced and has flavours of strawberry with a light/medium body. Satin-Like texture with a long finish - Rouge st. Hyppolite. Young, light. Nice fruit, strawberry. Low tannins, low acidity. For now, i reckon
