This one needed a bit of air, but with a double decant and time, it was great. Dense black fruit, with a slight prune -y nose. A friend said it tasted like blackberry jam. It was a bit sweet, but when paired with hatch chili burgers, it was on point. Deep dark in the glass, prunes and black fruit on the nose, blackberries and spice on the palate. Really enjoyable.
