However, the next day, the sherry-like notes are much less. Still this probably should have been drunk years ago. Aromas of cider, deck stain, earth, sherry, chlorine pool, oregano, lemon, celery. (yeah, really) Lemon, underripe stone fruit, earth, hay, light sherry notes on the palate. Actually a pretty nice wine, though you have to have a tolerance for oxidized wine.
