Saturday, August 27, 2022 - A bottle I bought about three years ago. Medium straw golden colour. Bruised apple, yellow fruit, ripe citrus, shy floral notes, biscuit, brioche, chalk, and smoke, with good acidity, medium-fine mousse and average length. The mousse seemed a little coarse at first, but softened after a few minutes.
