Sunday, May 12, 2013 - The quality has really improved as of late. This is quite good QPR for the price (if you buy when on sale, especially). Crisp apple and citrus fruits matched by a rich yeastiness. Bubbles are a little aggressive at first, but it's quite a nice quaffer when it settles down. Dosage is still a bit too high for my personal taste (even for a commercial NV), but definitely well made and likely a crowd pleaser.
