Saturday, March 23, 2019 - well made NV entry level champagne from PH basically a Blanc des Noirs made of 50-55% pinot noir and 30-35% Pinot Meuniere. Aromatic nose and taste, fast bubbles, bread, green apple and some gentle lemon. Structured but lacking some depth. Truly enjoyable. Best paired with wonderful scampi nature marinated in oil lemon and parsley.
