Saturday, June 1, 2019 - Pale gold, tiny and abundant bubbles. Sweet on nose. Medium body, light and delicate flavor, sharp, lean and clean mouthfeel, no identifiable tannins, long aftertaste, sweet but clean finish.
Tart but hiding ample sweetness which balances the acidity perfectly.
Fruity, lemon, lingonberry, apricot.
Refreshing aperitif and food partner, pleasure to drink.
