Sunday, December 1, 2019 - New label and package. Medium yellow gold in colour. Baked apple, grapey notes, almond, nuts, honey, brioche, biscuit and white smoke, with medium-level acidity and average to good length. The champagne had good complexity and autolysis character, but the mousse was a little coarse, with rather big bubbles, and the wine tasted sweetish and flat, and had benefited from more freshness. Not my favourite of the big brand champagnes.
