Monday, October 17, 2022 - Still a very saturated purplish black. Nose of embers, lead
pencil, charred wood, vanilla, coffee beans, roasted earth and ripe blackberries. Full-bodied and plush on the palate, this is rich and enveloping and is definitely fully mature. The fruit is being subdued by the oak, but this is still an excellent wine that would go great with smokey grilled meat. Drink now-2025. 92
