Thursday, September 12, 2019 - 1995 Vintage Champagne horizontal (Medlar (London)): Starts out quite shy after a wonderful generous CSWCH. It is racy, a bit oxidative. But works and is one of those very interesting champagnes that you probably need more time and volume to assess. Also this concluded a wonderful line-up of blind champagnes.
