Friday, October 1, 2021 - Dsg 2003. Beautiful dress with traces of evolution. Evanescent bubble. Nose on the mirabelle plum.

Winey and racy palate, on nuts and well-controlled oxidation. The juice is massive, powerful, structured and complex with integrated and elegant oak. The wine is harmonious and kaleidoscopic, on a magnificent balance giving length and energy to a delicious whole. Vinous finish, bringing together all the facets of the wine, between mirabelle plum and walnuts, over a length that I would have liked a little longer for it to be one of the greats.
