Saturday, September 14, 2013 - Interesting as a PnP, especially the nose. After a small amount of air, though, this seemed to shut down a bit and I didn't find it all that inspiring. After 4 days in the fridge and an hour in the decanter, though, this was amazing. I have very little experience with anything but very basic Chablis, so take that as you will. Overall, I think I'd enjoy serving this with a fancy light meal, either with some age or with a lot of air.
