Tuesday, December 10, 2013 - Clear, pale lemon-green in color, medium intensity, exhibiting developing aromas of green apple, lemon, lime, nectarine, mint and gunflint. Dry on the palate, medium bodied with high mouth-watering acidity and a medium level of alcohol presenting flavors of aforementioned profiles. Elegantly balanced providing a long chiseled finish. Lovely stuff and should drink well for several years.
