Thursday, December 27, 2012 - Great wine, this sauvignon blanc is typical of New Zealand, with Passion fruit and vegetable notes, the acidity in this wine is nicely balance, great wine to enjoy with a cold appetizer like a compose salad, or a filet of rainbow trout.
