Wednesday, November 20, 2013 - Compex nose: spicy red berries and plums, floral violet notes, and licorice. Not as complex on the palate but still cold from the winter cellar. It opens up with tart red berries, sweet spice, and chewy oak. Good varietal expression and the best pinot I've had from Tasmania.
