Sunday, June 22, 2014 - Pale yellow color. Aromas of sweet honeydew/cantaloupe. Flavor: Sour lemon zest and underlying melon sings in the background. Serious minerality gives it weight, and nice acidity. Bone dry finish with lingering spice(white pepper). An interesting and more serious alternative to rose, perfect for a hot night.
