Wednesday, March 7, 2012 - Popped and poured, served a bit cold alongside honey roasted chicken. A bit cloudy in the glass. Nose of Jules' homemade lemon curd. Tart citrus and green apple flavors and a long tart acidic finish. Medium bodied. It was a nice food wine; the tart fruit and lingering finish were very refreshing. Very Good to Excellent (85-89)
