Friday, May 17, 2013 - Served slightly below cellar temperature. Aromas of honeysuckle, tropical fruit, fig, spice, butterscotch and lemon. On the palate, honeydew melon, fig, lemon and toasted oak lead to a long, dry finish. Good acidic balance. Paired well with fettuccine alfredo.
