Thursday, January 3, 2013 - Opened not decanted and served at a cool/cold ambient temperature in a cold old house. This was given as a gift. Pale red violet with a surprising amount of clarity at the edge of the glass. A watery entry with tart cherry; lightweight in body; high alcohol notes; touches of charcoal; fruit fades out on a drying finish. Needs food. Fair.
