Thursday, November 26, 2020 - Tonight this bottle was spectacular. Purchased from a perfect cellar that has had it since release. Cork looked brand new. Wine blossomed with air, dried fruit, herbs, leather, meat, spice. A hint of tannin that lasted the 5 hours it took to drink. Great freshness. Awesome stuff. Wine is fantastic. Storage is the main variable. As it usually is.
