Sunday, May 20, 2012 - Pale straw yellow color with lots of pin prick sized bubbles and brioche, apricot, mineral and vanilla aromas. On the palate, it shows a creamy mousse, and is sweet but nicely balanced very good acidity with apricot, peach, and vanilla flavors. Medium-long finish. Made from Furmint grapes. 11% alcohol
