Wednesday, August 17, 1994 - Tasting of 5 Dominus vs. 3 Opus. Nose of Cabernet flavors with a hint of ammonia, good viscosity, big, rich Cabernet, nice, rich, and pleasant tasting, soft tannins almost resolved, long, rich finish. My #8 of 8.
