Saturday, February 1, 1992 - At Singer & Foy. Good dark ruby color. Perhaps the best nose of the day, so far. Rich, intense fruit, chewy and chocolaty. Dark chocolate and tobacco. Excellent. Great palate. Just intense, rich and very, very complex. PACKED with fruit. ABSOLUTELY! Mouth-gripping tannins are still present, but wow there's so much fruit it is hard to believe. 5-12-18-8: 93/100.
