The wine is crystal clear, pale gold, and bursting with lively fine bubbles. A nice mouse on top for a few minutes. On the nose, honeysuckle and a little citrus. Rich on the palate, with toast - went very well with Delice cheese. As it warmed, a little bitterness in the finish, due to a touch of oxidation creeping in, but very pleasant. As it warmed, this also crept into the nose. Long finish.
