Thursday, January 21, 2021 - Nice golden color. At the beginning very oxidative note but after 20 minutes in the big riedel sommelier burgundy glass it gets better and better. Luscious backed apple dried pineapple roasted almond and caramel. Very fine bubbles. Opulent and seducing long lingering finish.
