Sunday, August 8, 2010 - This wine has never seen a temperature above 53 degrees since acquisition upon release. With that in mind it is a baby. Plenty of yeasty toast along with plenty of froth, it isn't remotely there yet, and needs another several years to develop, and will live far beyond that. Bodes well to be the best Dom ever, and I for the longest time have thought that was the 1964. Stay tuned.
