Sunday, March 17, 2013 - Dom Perignon dinner at L2O (Chicago, IL): Hint of shiitake mushroom. Light oxidation, very acidic, to the point you feel your teeth dissolving. Some green notes on the palate. Later on with some air, you get a hit of coconut on the nose.
