Thursday, March 19, 2015 - To me it was past its prime and I should have drank it sooner. Very few bubbles left. Still drinkable but I didn't like as much as I probably would have had it been 5 years earlier.

4/19/2015 11:30:00 PM - must have been off or poorly stored. I have gone through 6 bottles of this over time and have another case left. It really hasn't changed much over time and is very susceptible as other champagne to light and heat. Bummer you had a bottle that was off. Its pretty great stuff, like a sparkling Montrachet.
