Tuesday, September 21, 2021 - Needed air for around 2 hours. As a wine made from Pinot Noir, the colour was quite deep. Rich and elegant, still evolving. Clearly full of cherries, a little flowery. The finishing is long and varied, which is the most enjoyable part for this bottle. Save 1/3 for the next day, still good and love it.
