Taste: Medium bodied with medium+ acdidity. The acidity is mouth watering, but it isn't overpowering with red and green apples, lemon curds, pears, and some acacia florals on the back end.

Overall: While this is younger, it's really good. This certainly has a ways to go, but it is really lovely with air.
