Saturday, October 1, 2005 - Burgundy Summer Vacation 2005; 9/26/2005-10/3/2005: At Domaine des Malandes in Chablis. Not evidently a hot-vintage wine -- this is crisp and distinguished by aromas and finishing flavors that suggest chalk and mineral.
