Saturday, August 27, 2011 - Pale yellow. Nose of fairly rich apple and brioche, apple pie almost, nice hit of fig. Smells delicious. On the palate it tastes a lot like it smells. Apple pie with fairly fine mousse, good acidic structure. Again that lovely fig, touch of vanilla. Persistent finish of similar. Delicious. 91+
