Wednesday, January 25, 2012 - 2hrs of air in bottle. beautiful & complex on the nose, alternating between red pinot fruits & citrus w/greener herbal aromas. the "other" varieties really add another dimension. bright & crisp on the palate with extreme chalky notes on the finish. awesome wine.
