Saturday, January 11, 2014 - L.09-I really like this 7 varietal champagne (18% Chardonnay, 14% Pinot Noir, 18% Pinot Meunier, 8% arbanne, 15% petit meslier,17% Pinot Blanc and 10% fromenteau). Typical Laherte champagne with great focus, linearity, minerality, acid, and spice. I believe all of the field blend is pressed at the same time. In comparison to the Aubry old fashioned blend, this is elegant and regal whereas the Aubry was rustic. This is really good and recommended!
