Almost Chablis-like in its driving acidity, though rather than the mineral finish, you get a hint of the toasty oak and nuts that comes from the barrels. Brilliant, and only 12.5 per cent alcohol. Serve at 8-10C. Drink now-2015. Food pairing: apéritif, roast chicken with melon salsa.
