Thursday, November 19, 2015 - 2 1/2 hour decant time. Has a medium-dark crimson-ruby in appearance. The nose is getting some strawberries, kirsch, hints of iodine, and meat. Raspberries and currants on the palate; somewhat creamy with its nice dose of grainy tannins. Medium bodied with a medium+ finish. Hold this for a couple more years before trying again.
