Wednesday, January 3, 2018 - Popped, poured, decanted and enjoyed over 3+ hours. Last glass was most certainly the most deep and complex. Terrific, layered nose of primary red cherries, musk, earth tones, florals and spice. The palate has medium body with terrific sappy fruit and fresh acids. Cleary young (okay, too young) but this delivers with its fresh, energetic fruit and layers of primary flavor. Good now, though likely has upside as it gains further complexity and definition.
