Monday, August 15, 2016 - Black cherry, anise and roasted meat aromas. Similar flavors with moderate weight, moderate tannins and very good length. This displays and elegance and layers of nuance that is very impressive for its level. Good when popped-and-poured, then lengthened and improved over thenext three hours.
