Thursday, January 21, 2021 - Gevrey-Chambertin (Northside) 1er Cru Tasting (Chicagoland): Black and red cherry with good weight, better length and textural brightness. Very finessed finish with more complexity likely to emerge. Very good now, certainly better in another 5 years.
