Saturday, January 14, 2017 - full bodied Cabernet drinking wonderfully on its Anniversary Year. Rich deep color, balanced rich red fruit dark cherries and currant, soft notes of cedar, vanilla, nutmeg. Long finish soft tannins. Did not decant. 5-7 more years will go strong.
