Tuesday, January 22, 2013 - Excellent bouquet, aromas of cherry, red berry. Young but still very drinkable. 90 minute decant. Silky tannins , great flavors of cassis, red berry and stone. Great mouthfeel- really coats your mouth to provide a long finish with just the right amount of acidity. Great balance and complex components are layered perfect. No heat, even at this young stage, but a little astringent. I expect that will fade over time . Potential to be 95+ with patience.
