Sunday, September 20, 2015 - Decanted for 2 hours and served with grilled NY strips. Dark blackish red color. Cassis, cocoa, charcoal, blackberry on nose. On palate, medium+ body, high acidity (great with steaks), with cassis, black cherry flavor profile. Very long finish and nice tannic structure. 92-93+ and should improve with time.
