Thursday, July 5, 2018 - Gave this a 3 hour decant before dinner. Continued to open up over dinner. Enjoyed this at an off-line with Rockincabs and family

Enjoyed with some nice beef filets - pairing worked well.

Smooth Flavors of blackberry, dark cherry and some spice. Smooth flavors that have started to integrate, with some moderate tannins. Good now - likely the early end of the drinking range - still has some more years to mature in the cellar if needed.

This is a Bordeaux style blend with: 76% cab sauvignon, 7% merlot, 7% petit verdot, 7% cab franc, and 3% Malbec.
