Monday, December 31, 2018 - This Cabernet, while very good, was not as expressive as I expected. Dark, blackberry fruit that did not really open up after an hour. Some secondary notes peaked out like cassis but generally closed throughout the night. Thought this 2010 did not need as much time but will decant for two hours next time.
