Tuesday, January 8, 2019 - Wow, y’all must have colder cellars than I, because I drank this right out of the bottle — I mean, I poured it into a glass without decanting— and it was fantastic. Round, full bodied, no hard edges, and a staggering core of creme de cassis that paired beautifully with leftover, rare ribeye. Loved it.
