Friday, July 9, 2021 - My second bottle of this vintage in just over a month. Really enjoyable, but this bottle took longer to open up than the one I had in June. I have 2 more left and I'll make sure to decant it next time. I had this at a NYC Steakhouse and the first half of the bottle was a pop 'n pour, while the 2nd half of the bottle sat untouched for 45 minutes. It started out with a searing tannic bite, but continually got better the entire night.
